General Information:

• School year starts in September and ends in June the next year.

• Classes will only run if there are more than 3 students attending, other wise the class will be cancelled.

 

Rules on Missing Classes Notice:

• Please inform us atleast 3 days ahead of time by email of any missed lessons by email. 

• For sick notice we must be informed at least 3 hours before class starts by email.

• Any unprecedented acccidents, please give us a call & also email us before the start of the lesson (on the same date).

  • We will reschedule a make up class in the school year period.

• All missed lessons must be re-scheduled within the school year period. 

  • You may choose any make up class instead of the original date by attending of the the yellow coloured dates on your  indicated calenders.

• Unfinished lessons cannot be combined with others.

 

Missing Class Notice Template:

• Please enclose the student's name and the original schedule on the email subject title - this makes it easier for our record.
